1.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. zay777 cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account without our knowledge. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our customer support immediately.
Section 2 — Deposits & Withdrawals Terms
2.1 Deposit Methods
zay777 accepts the following payment methods.
The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
2.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes of the request. Withdrawals are returned only via the same payment method used to deposit, so transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.
2.3 Verification of Funds
For large withdrawals, we may request personal identification documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until that verification is complete. None of these checks are carried out without reason — providing accurate information on your end will help the process go smoothly.
Section 3 — Bonus & Wagering Requirements
3.1 First Deposit Bonus
When you make your first deposit at zay777, you will receive a 150% bonus (up to 500,000 Ks). To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
Example 1 ─ If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks.
Example 2 ─ If you deposit 680,000 Ks, you will receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a total of 1,180,000 Ks. You must wager 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.
3.2 General Bonus Terms
Only one bonus can be active at a time. If bonus abuse is detected — meaning play patterns designed to clear a bonus without genuine wagering — the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended. If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will expire.
3.3 Referral Bonus
When someone you refer makes their first deposit at zay777, you will receive 10% of that deposit as a bonus (up to 10,000 Ks). You will also earn a weekly commission of 0.1% of the total amount wagered by your referred friends. The same wagering requirements as the first deposit bonus apply to these amounts.
Section 4 — Gameplay Rules
4.1 Responsible Play
Players are responsible for managing their own gameplay. zay777 supports responsible gaming and helps you set your own limits. Gaming is for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a way to earn income.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
Exploiting software bugs, colluding with other users to abuse bonuses, and using bots or automated scripts to play are strictly prohibited. If any of these actions are detected, winnings may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
4.3 Technical Errors
If a server error, network issue, or software malfunction results in incorrect winnings or bonus credits, zay777 reserves the right to reverse those funds. Our decision regarding gameplay disputes is considered final.
Section 5 — VIP Levels & Cashback
5.1 Bronze Level
Users at Bronze level can receive up to 0.3% cashback per week. This cashback is calculated based on regular gameplay history and awarded according to our calculation method.
5.2 Silver Level
Silver level is for players who play more frequently and over a longer period than Bronze, and offers up to 0.7% cashback. Our support team will notify you directly on how to reach Silver level.
5.3 Gold Level
Gold is the highest VIP level at zay777 and offers up to 1.0% cashback. Upon reaching Gold level, you also gain access to priority customer service and special offers.
5.4 Cashback Forfeiture
Cashback amounts may change without prior notice. We remind all players to play regularly and consistently to avoid VIP level downgrades. For any disputes regarding VIP levels, zay777's decision is final.
